The FBA 2018<\/strong> remote gassing adapter facilitates the operation and maintenance of ExDetector<\/strong> gas sensors in hard-to-reach installation locations.
\nCommon installation locations:
\n\u25cf inside machines
\n\u25cf on the building ceiling
\n\u25cf in low-lying locations, such as shafts
\nThe FBA 2018 remote gassing adapter is installed in a location that is easily accessible to operating personnel. A permanently installed test gas line connects the sensor fitted with a permanent fumigation cap to the remote fumigation adapter.<\/p>\n

The calibration interface of the sensor is also relocated to the FBA 2018<\/strong>. An intrinsically safe (Ex-i) connection for docking the Calibrationbox-i<\/strong> is located here.<\/p>\n

Developed for use in Zone 1 + 2 hazardous areas.<\/p>\n

Connections: Two connections at the top for fixed connection of the data cable and PVC hose of the remote gassing unit to the sensor.<\/p>\n

A connection at the front for the test gas hose. To the left of this is an intrinsically safe (Ex-i) connection for the Calibrationbox-i<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
