Description
The GMC 8022 E controller is a gas measuring computer for 19″ slide-in housings.
The GMC 8022 E has the following functions in conjunction with sensors with 4-20 mA signal output:
● Measurement and display of the gas concentration.
● Monitoring and warning of these gases.
● Triggering of protective measures to counteract an increase in concentration.
● For example, horns, warning lights or solenoid valves can be activated to initiate appropriate measures in the event of a gas leak.
● The GMC 8022 can be used as controller for suitable gas sensors mounted in the Ex-Zone 1. The GMC 8022 itself must be mounted outside the Explosive area.
The GMC 8022 E has a measurement function certificate BVS 03 ATEX G007 X.

Checking the alarm output is also possible with the GMC 8022 E without test gas.
