GasMonitor

The proven classic among gas sensors can detect a variety of toxic gases and oxygen depending on the measuring cell. The GasMonitor is used to monitor and warn against:

  • Too high concentrations of toxic gases
  • Oxygen deficiency

An electrochemical measuring cell is used for measurement. The GasMonitor was developed for so-called safeareas, i.e. for all non-hazardous areas.

Together with a suitable evaluation device, protective measures can be triggered:

  • Technical: The increase in concentration is counteracted or a sufficient oxygen content is ensured. (fans; shutdowns…).
  • Organizational: optical and acoustic messages are switched.
Features of the GasMonitor:
  • Various toxic gases can be detected (depending on the measuring cell)
  • or lack of oxygen
  • One-man calibration

Our quality standards:
  • Solid, tried-and-tested design in a robust housing
  • Durable with low maintenance costs
  • Developed and manufactured in Germany

Description

The sensors in the GasMonitor series are used to measure and display toxic gases or oxygen. An electrochemical measuring cell is used for measurement.

This proven classic in our product range can detect a variety of toxic gases and oxygen depending on the measuring cell. The GasMonitor was developed for so-called safeareas, i.e. for all non-hazardous areas. Note: The devices in our ATEX-compliant ExMonitor series , also with an electrochemical measuring cell, can be used for Ex zones 1 and 2.

Features of the GasMonitor:
  • Various toxic gases detectable
  • Different measuring ranges possible
  • Measure oxygen deficiency
  • Concentration display
  • Electrochemical measuring cell
  • One-man calibration
  • Simple sensor replacement
  • Linear measuring signal 4 – 20 mA

Accessories for the GasMonitor:
  • Test gas set
  • Calibration gases
  • Barriers
  • Evaluation devices with 4-20 mA signal input
