ExDetector X5
The new ExDetector X5 reliably detects explosive gases and vapors:
If required, it can also measure two different gases simultaneously using two sensor heads.
Thanks to its informative display with color change, it can even be operated as a stand-alone device.
The ExDetector X5 is integrated into the new, innovative bus system in large systems and transmits its measurement data to either the GMC 750, GMC 650 or GMC 635 Micro/Plus evaluation centers (see below).
Of course, an analog connection with 4-20 mA is still possible as an alternative.

The ExDetector X5 is calibrated by just one person using a magnetic pen.

ExDetector HC 100 /
ExDetector HC 100 K
The measuring principle of the ExDetector HC 100 /
ExDetector HC 100 K is based on catalytic combustion (heat tinting) and detects combustible gases and vapors in the measuring range from 0 to 100 % LEL.
Approved for EX-Zone 1 and in areas of functional safety according to SIL-1.

ExDetector HC 200
The ExDetector HC 200 measures combustible gases and vapors in the measuring range from 0 to 100 % LEL. The measuring principle used here is catalytic combustion (heat tinting).
The ExDetector HC 200 is both stand-alone capable and integrable.
Approval for Ex-Zone 2.
ExDetector HC 150 /
ExDetector HC 150 K
The ExDetector HC 150 detects explosive gases and vapors in the measuring range from 0 to 100 % LEL. The measuring principle of catalytic combustion (heat tinting) is also used here.
Approval for Ex-Zone 2 and in areas of functional safety according to SIL-1.
Measuring function: BAM 16 ATEX 0801 X
ExDetector SC 220
With the ExDetector SC 220
detects combustible gases and vapors in the measuring range from 0 to 50 % LEL. A semiconductor gas sensor is used for the measurement.
The ExDetector SC 220 is also stand-alone capable.
Approval for Ex-Zone 2.
Controller for digital and analog gas detection
GMC 750
The GMC 750 is a convenient evaluation system with a touchscreen for controlling measuring points and devices.
New measuring devices such as the ExDetector X5 (see above) are connected to the GMC 750 via a BUS system.
The GMC 750 then automatically recognizes new sensors in the BUS system.
The large touch display enables intuitive operation.
Connection via WiFi possible.
In total, the GMC 750 can manage up to 350 devices and 128 measuring points. The cables for this no longer have to be laid in a star shape. This is particularly beneficial to your budget for very large gas detection systems.
If you do not want a large screen on the evaluation system: Our slightly cheaper version without the touchscreen is the GMC 650.
GMC 650
The GMC 650 is a comprehensive evaluation system with a small display with intuitive color change and a jog wheel for controlling measuring points and warning devices.
New measuring devices such as the ExDetector X5 (see above) are connected to the GMC 650 via a BUS system.
The GMC 650 then automatically recognizes new sensors in the BUS system.
Connection via WiFi possible.
In total, the GMC 650 can manage up to 350 devices and 128 measuring points. The cables for this no longer have to be laid in a star shape. This is sure to please your budget.
If you want to operate the comprehensive functions via a large screen: Our upmarket and more convenient version is the GMC 750.
GMC 635 Micro /
GMC 635 Plus
Like their big brothers, the two GMC 635s are evaluation units for innovative 2-wire BUS systems for gas warning systems.
The GMC 635 Micro has a small display with color change and a jog wheel for control. It can manage up to 8 measuring points digitally at very low cost.
The GMC 635 Plus has the same features as the GMC 635 Micro, but can manage up to 32 measuring points.
The GMC 635 Plus also offers the option of connecting via WiFi.
Our tip: The two BUS-controlled GMC 650 and GMC 750 evaluation units are available for larger gas warning systems.
GMC 8420
The GMC 8420 is a convenient evaluation system for wall mounting, which can be operated without further internal wiring.
It can manage up to 4 measuring points.
GMC 8022
The GMC 8022 is a gas measuring computer for up to 2 measuring points. It is designed for mounting on top-hat rails.
